Amazing
Strengths: Easy to install, can be mounted sideways or vertically in both directions, fan is fairly quiet for the speed, good thermal compound, excellent cooling (also cools the motherboard)
Weakness: Maybe only the price
This is my favorite AM2/AM3/AM3+/C32/FM1 cooler. It works so well that you can replace the fan with a quieter/slower fan if you find that it's too noisy.
